Is Ace Classic free to play?

Yes. Optional top-ups are voluntary and help fund server hosting and development.

How do I create an account?

Click Register, fill in your details with a valid email address, then log in to the account panel.

How do I download the game client?

Use the Download section on the home page.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the password reset option on the login page, or email [email protected] with your account name.

I paid but did not receive my currency.

Contact us within 7 days with your account name, transaction ID, and proof of payment. See our Refund Policy.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are final and non-refundable except for technical errors on our side, such as a duplicate charge or an uncredited payment. Details are in the Refund Policy.

Why was my account banned?

Accounts are banned for violations such as cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, or scamming. See the Terms of Service. To appeal, contact us by email.
