1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ace Classic website, game server, account panel, and community channels, including our Discord server (together, the "Service"), operated by the Ace Classic team ("we", "us"). By creating an account, downloading the game client, making a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Ace Classic is an online game service operated by the Ace Classic team, including the website, game servers, account panel, and community channels. All third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• If you use Discord, you must also comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One person may not abuse multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage or evade a ban.
• Account sharing, selling, or trading is prohibited. We cannot recover accounts lost through sharing or phishing.
• Provide accurate information, including a valid email address.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, macros, exploits, or any third-party software that alters or automates gameplay.
• Exploit bugs or glitches, or fail to report them when discovered.
• Attempt to attack, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or panel.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other players or staff, or post illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Scam, impersonate staff, or engage in real-money trading outside the official shop.
• Open chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

We may warn, mute, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

6. Donations and Virtual Items

• The Service is free to play. Optional payments ("top-ups" or "donations") are voluntary contributions that help fund server hosting and development, and are exchanged for in-game virtual currency or items.
• Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value, are licensed to you (not owned), cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be transferred outside the game.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card or full payment details. Your use of a payment provider is subject to that provider's own terms.
• Virtual items may be modified, rebalanced, or removed as part of game updates.
• If your account is banned for violating these Terms, you forfeit all virtual currency, items, and any prior payments.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. The only exceptions are technical errors on our side, such as a duplicate charge or a successful payment that did not credit your account. To request a review, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the payment with your account name, transaction ID, and payment proof.

8. Server Availability and Data Loss

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, rollbacks, or wipes, or change, suspend, or shut down the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for loss of characters, items, or progress.

9. Intellectual Property

The Ace Classic name, logo, website design, and original content belong to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell the website content or modified client files without permission.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we shut down the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
