This Privacy Policy explains what information the Ace Classic team ("we", "us") collects when you use the Ace Classic website, game server, account panel, and Discord community (the "Service"), and how we use and protect it.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: username, email address, and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Game data: character names, in-game activity, chat and transaction logs, and top-up history (including amounts shown on the public Top Spender board by account or character name).
• Payment information: when you make a payment, it is processed by a third-party payment provider. We receive only transaction details such as transaction ID, amount, status, and payment method. We do never receive or store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and access logs, collected for security and abuse prevention.
• Discord data: if you join our Discord server or interact with our bots, we may see your Discord user ID, username, and the messages and content you post there, as permitted by Discord.
• Support communications: messages and attachments you send us.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and manage your account and operate the game.
• To process payments, credit virtual items, and prevent fraud and chargeback abuse.
• To detect cheating, enforce our Terms of Service, and keep the Service secure.
• To provide support and send essential service notices (for example, password resets and maintenance).
• To display public leaderboards, such as the Top Spender ranking.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies

We use only essential cookies, such as session cookies, needed for the website and panel to function. We do not use advertising cookies. Third-party fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only with:

• Payment providers to process your payments.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Discord is a separate service governed by the Discord Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We keep account and game data while your account is active. Transaction records are retained as long as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. When you request deletion, we remove or anonymize your personal data, except where retention is required.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical measures, including HTTPS and hashed passwords, to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected] from your registered address. Deleting your account permanently removes your characters, items, and virtual currency.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn that we have, we will delete it. Users under 18 should have parental permission.

9. International Users

Our servers may be located outside your country. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed in those locations.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
